We are honoured to announce the generous donation of Whiffle Piffs by acclaimed artist and educator P. James Bryans to NM TAFE’s Permanent Art collection. This seminal work bridges traditional printmaking with cutting-edge risograph innovation, offering invaluable insights into contemporary artistic practice.

James Bryans is a master screen printer, risograph pioneer, and dedicated advocate for printmaking and completed the NMTAFE letterpress Artist in Residence in Semester 1, 2025. He brings over 35 years of expertise to this compelling volume.

His work, celebrated in exhibitions across Australia and Japan, merges fantastical cosmic themes with groundbreaking 3D screen-printing techniques.
